溃克灵对溃疡性结肠炎模型大鼠血清L-8含量及肠黏膜NO含量 NO活性的影响

目的：通过检测溃克灵对溃疡性结肠炎模型大鼠血清白细胞介素-8（IL-8）含量及肠黏膜一氧化氮（NO）含量、一氧化氮合酶（NOS）活性的影响，探讨溃克灵防治溃疡性结肠炎的作用机理。方法：采用TNBS法（100mg／kgTNBS＋50％的乙醇0．25mL）灌肠复制出溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型。将72只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、SASP（柳氮磺吡啶）组、溃克灵大、中、小剂量组（每组12只）共6组，分别对各组大鼠血清IL-8含量及肠黏膜NO含量、NOS活性进行检测。结果：与正常组比较，模型组大鼠血清IL-8含量显著升高（P〈0．01），肠黏膜NO含量、NOS活性显著升高（P〈0．01）；与模型组比较，SASP组、溃克灵大剂量组可显著降低IL-8含量（P〈0．01），降低结肠黏膜NO含量、NOS活性（P〈0．01）。结论：溃克灵对UC大鼠有治疗作用，降低IL-8含量，降低结肠黏膜NO含量，NOS活性可能是其治疗机制之一。

Effects of Kuikeling on IL-8 Level in Serum and NO NOS in Intestinal Mucosa of Rats with Ulcerative Colitis

Objective：To study effects of Kuikeling（KKL）on levels of IL-8 in serum and NO,NOS in intestinal mucosa of rats with ulcerative colitis and further to research the mechanism of restoreing ulcer of KKL.Methods：Ulcerative colitis model was established by TNBS method.72 rats were divided into 6 groups randomly： normal group, model group, KKL large, medium,and little dose groups, SASP group.Then we had observed the effect of KKL on levels of IL-8 In Serum and NO,NOS in intestinal mueosa tissue.Results： in successful model group, IL-8 in serum was much higher than that of normal group （P〈0.01）, NO and N0S were much higher than those of normal group （P〈0.01）. Compared with model group, KKL large and SASP coukl not only decrease IL-8（P〈0.01）, but also decrease NO and NOS in intestinal mucosa tissue significantly （P〈0.01）.Conclusion： KKL has functions of adjusting immune function,Regulating mucosal blood flow,easing inflammatory reaction and restoreing ulcer.
