经内镜中西药物治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床研究

目的：观察经内镜中西药物治疗溃疡性结肠炎（LJc）的疗效。方法：采用随机对照观察，将符合入选标准的79例UC患者分为治疗组（49例）、对照组（30例）。治疗组经内镜喷洒中西药液100ml并口服柳氮磺嘧啶（SASP），对照组口服SASP和强的松。结果：治疗组和对照组的临床有效率分别为95．9％、76．7％。治疗组显著优于对照组（P〈0．01）；腹泻，腹痛、黏液血便总有效率治疗组分别为91．5％、93．3％、97．5％，对照组分别为80．O％、68．2％、66．7％，治疗组优于对照组（P〈O．05）；内镜下疗效观察，治疗组显著优于对照组，其有效率分别为73．5％、46．7％（P〈0．01）。治疗组未见明显不良反应，对照组以恶心、上腹不适为多见（33．3％），白细胞减少次之（16．796），皮疹（3．3％）。结论：经内镜中西药物治疗溃疡性结肠炎有较好疗效，可在临床中推广使用。

Clinical Studies on Chinese and Western Drugs with Endoscope in Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective： To observe the therapeutic results of chinese and western drugs with endoscope in treatment of ulcerative colitis（uc）. Methods：A randomized double-blind control study was performed to observe 79 patients with UC that were matched with selected standard and included 49 cases in therapeutic group and 30 cases in control group . Therapeutic group was sprayed 100mL of chinese and western drugs with endoscope, and was given SASP;and control group was given SASP and hydroprednisone.Results：It was showed significant difference that the clinical effective rate of the therapeutic group and the control group was 95.9% and 76.7% respectively（P〈0.01）; Total effective rate on diarrhea, bellyache and mucilage bloody stools was 91.5% , 93.3%, 97.5% respectively in the therapeutic group and 80.0%, 68.2%, 66.7% in the control group. Compared with the control group , the therapeutic group had advantages in treating bellyache and mucilage bloody stools （P〈0.05） and according to the clinical effect observed by endoscope ,the effective rate was 73.5% and 46.7%respectively （P〈0.01） , there was no obvious side-effect in the therapeutic group, while the symptoms such as nausea and epigastric discomfort （33.3 %） , decrease of white blood cell （16.7%） and skin rash （3.3 %） existed in the control group. Conclusion：Chinese and western drugs with endoscop in treatment of UC may bring forth better curative effect,which should be widely used in the suffasalazine.
