成人重症支气管哮喘整体化护理体会

目的：探讨重症支气管哮喘患者的护理方法。方法：根据重症支气管哮喘患者的生理和病理特点,在规范化治疗的基础上,实施良好的心理护理、临床护理、用药护理、辨证施护等整体化护理措施。结果：124例重症支气管哮喘患者71例病情迅速缓解,42例症状有效控制而出院,11例因并发感染、体质虚弱等原因致多器官衰竭而死亡。结论：通过耐心、细心地为重症哮喘患者实施良好的心理护理、临床护理、用药护理、辨证施护等整体化护理护理措施,是缓解症状控制并减少发作的重要措施。

Experience in Adult Patients with Severe Bronchial Asthma in Holistic Nursing

Objective ： To explore the nursing methods for the patients with severe bronchial asthma. Methods ： According to the physiological and pathological characteristics of the patients with severe bronchial asthma, based on standardized treatment, the implementation of good psychological nursing, clinical nursing, medication nursing, dialectical nursing, holistic nursing care measures were carried on. Resuhs：Among 124 patients,71 cases with severe bronchial asthma disease were quickly alleviated, 42 cases were effectively controlled and discharged, 11 cases were complicated with infection or weak causing multiple organs failure and death. Conclusion： Through patience and care for patients with severe asthma to implement good psychological nursing, clinical nursing, medication nursing, dialectical nursing, holistie nursing care measures, it is to alleviate the symptoms of control and an important measure to reduce the attack.
