基于因子分析的心悸证候要素研究

目的：通过因子分析的方法，探索心悸的中医证候要素，为该病的辨证提供参考。方法：通过收集522例古今医案中患者四诊信息，保留出现率≥15％的四诊信息，应用因子分析降维处理提取心悸主要证候要素。结果：通过因子分析得到11个公因子（证候要素），可反映阴虚、阳虚、气虚、血虚、痰、火等病理性质，病位在心、肾、脾、肺、肝等脏腑，可归为心神不宁、阴虚火旺、心阳虚、心血不足、痰火扰心等证型。结论：运用因子分析在一定程度上揭示了心悸证候特点，在中医证候研究中有很好的应用前景。

Research of Palpitation Syndrome Elements Based on Factor Analysis

Objective： To explore the TCM syndrome characteristics and laws of palpitations and to provide reference for the syndrome differentiation of the disease by the method of factor analysis. Method： By collecting 522 ancient and modern cases of patients, four diagnostic information, the information with a rate of 150/0 or more was kept and extracted the syndrome elements of palpitations with factor analysis dimension. Result： 11 common factors （syndrome elements） obtained by factor analysis can reflect pathological properties such as Yin deficiency, Yang deficiency, qi deficiency, blood deficiency, phlegm, fire and location of palpitations in heart, kidney, spleen, lung, liver and other organs and can be classified into heart spirit failing to be eased, fire due to Yin deificency, heart Yang deficiency, blood deficiency, phlegm fire disturbing heart and so on. Conclusion： It revealed the palpitation syndrome characteristics, which has a good application prospect in the study of TCM syndrome by using factor analysis to a certain exte＇nt.
