摘    要:目的 利用颈椎牵引力与髓核内压力之间变化关系的实验数据,找出一种合适的简易分析模型。方法建立多种非线性数学模型,通过回归分析,计算相关系数和方差的大小,测试各个数学模型对实验数据点变化的预测能力。结果对数曲线模型明显不适六,2次曲线模型和幂曲线模型的预测能力较差,指数曲线模型和3次曲线模型吻合数据点的变化趋势。结论指数曲线与实际的实验数据点的变化趋势最吻合。利用该曲线,可以得到连续的不同颈椎牵引力下的椎间盘髓核内压力下降值,为有关的理论分析提供了方便.

Abstract:Objective To design a simple model for analyzing the correlation between the changes in cervical traction forceand that of the pressure in the cervical nucleus pulposus. Methods Multiple non-linear mathematical models were establishedby means of regression analysis to calculate the correlation coefficient and variance, and the capacity of each model to predictthe changes on the test points was evaluated. Results Logarithm model was apparently not adequate for the purpose andquadratic model and power model showed poor capacity for predicting the changes of the experimental data. Exponentialmodel and cubic model, in contrasL well illustrated the trend of the changes in the data. therefore best met the demands. Con-clusons ExponentiaI model best describes the trends of the changes of the experimental data and can procure continuous val-ues of the pressure reduction in the cervical nuclcus pulposus in association with vdried cervical thection forces, thus offeringuseful information for relevant theoretical analysis.
