| 摘 要： | 目的 观察幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除治疗对常规视治的轻度儿童急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的疗效.方法 血清Hp阳性的急性ITP初治患儿93例被随机分为治疗组(A组51例)和对照组(B组42例).B组行常规激素治疗,A组在此基础上加根除Hp治疗.结果 A组Hp清除率87.5%;两组间近期疗效无显著性差异,但1年内复发率A组低于B组(P=0.033).结论 Hp清除对儿童急性ITP的疗效无影响,但能减少复发率,对于Hp感染的ITP患儿建议行根除Hp治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of Helicobacter pylor (Hp) eradication in children with acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Methods Ninety-three children with acute ITP and Hp infection were divided into two groups and treated with prednisone and Hp eradication (group A, 51cases) or with prednisone without Hp eradication (group B, 42 cases).
