| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重复周期妊娠成功的影响因素。方法回顾分析我院生殖中心2006年1月～2009年4月89例行第2个体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)周期妊娠患者(A组)和71例行第2个周期均未妊娠的患者(B组),分析2组患者基本情况、临床方案、卵母细胞和胚胎质量等因素对妊娠结局的影响。结果A组与B组相比,A组女方年龄较小、不孕年限短、基础卵泡数较多,且前者Gn总量少,但A组优质胚胎率、可移植胚胎数均高于B组(P<0.05)。A组第2个周期比第1个周期应用较多的GnRHa短效制剂、基因重组HCG、加用HMG、有较高的HCG日血中E2浓度,且优质胚胎率、可移植胚胎数、移植胚胎数等第2周期均比第1周期高(多)(P<0.05)。结论女性年龄是影响辅助生殖技术成功的重要因素之一;在重复IVF-ET周期中通过采用黄体期长方案及调节Gn的用量、调整GnRHa的制剂、适量加用HMG、应用口服避孕药预处理、更换培养基等措施可能有助于提高临床妊娠率。
