| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Rho-GDI在子痫前期蜕膜组织中的表达及意义。方法采用荧光实时定量PCR(SYBR GREEN I assay)、Western blot和免疫组织化学技术分别对正常足月妊娠妇女(对照组)30例、晚发型重度子痫前期30例及早发型重度子痫前期30例的Rho-GDI mRNA及蛋白进行测定。结果 Rho-GDI主要表达于蜕膜细胞的胞浆、胞核和少许间质。荧光实时定量PCR,Western blot和免疫组化表达等各方法验证结果显示Rho-GDI mRNA及蛋白在正常妊娠组蜕膜组织中表达最高;早发型子痫前期组中次之;晚发型子痫前期中最低。正常组与早发组和晚发组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05),但早发组与晚发组间比较的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 Rho-GDI在子痫前期蜕膜组织中表达下调,Rho-GDI可能通过调控滋养细胞浸润和血管平滑肌舒缩状态等环节参与了子痫前期的发生发展。
