摘    要:目的 观察人脂肪干细胞与I型胶原支架材料的生物相容性,为脂肪组织工程选择适宜的种子细胞载体.方法 将人脂肪干细胞与Ⅰ型胶原支架体外培养复合,采用倒置相差显微镜和扫描电镜,观察细胞在支架上黏附、生长及增殖情况并计算细胞黏附率,XTT比色法检测细胞增殖率.结果 脂肪干细胞能良好的在支架上黏附、生长和增殖.结论 Ⅰ型胶原支架材料具有良好的细胞相容性,可作为脂肪组织工程的种子细胞载体.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the cellular compatibility of type I collagen scaffold and human adipose-derived stem cells (ADSC(S)) in order to explore appropriate scaffold materials for adipose tissue engineering. METHODS: The morphology and function of the ADSC(S) were observed by inverted phase contrast microscope, scanning electron microscope and XTT assay when cocultured type I collagen scaffold with ADSC(S) in vitro. Cells adhesive rates were also calculated. RESULT: ADSC(S) were able to attach, grow and proliferate well on the scaffolds. CONCLUSION: collagen I scaffold exhibits excellent cellular compatibility and can be used as a vehicle for adipose tissue engineering.
