| 摘 要： | 目的研究大枣中性多糖（ＪＤＰ－Ｎ）对小鼠脾细胞增殖作用及其对刀豆素Ａ（ＣｏｎＡ）活化脾细胞内游离Ｃａ２＋浓度 （［Ｃａ２＋］ｉ）的影响。方法采用ＭＴＴ法测定脾细胞增殖程度，用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜技术测定细胞内［Ｃａ２＋］ｉ。结果 ＪＤＰ－Ｎ能促进小鼠脾细胞自发增殖反应和混合淋巴细胞培养反应，但对经ＣｏｎＡ活化、ＩＬ－２诱导的脾细胞无促进增殖 作用，且对ＣｏｎＡ活化的脾细胞内［Ｃａ２＋］ｉ无影响。结论ＪＤＰ－Ｎ仅对未活化的小鼠脾细胞有促进增殖作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of neutral jujube date polysaccharide (JDP-N) on the proliferation of rat splenocytes and Ca2+], in concanavali-A (ConA)-activated spelnocytes. Methods The proliferation of rat splenocytes was determined by MTT assay and Ca2+]. by laser scanning confocal microscope. Results JDP-N promoted the auto-proliferation of the splenocytes and enhanced mined lymphocyte reaction. In contrast, the proliferation of ConA-activated splenocytes did not undergo any visible changes in response to JDP-N treatment When interleukin-2 was present, nor was the Ca2+]i in the ConA-activated splenocytes responding. Conclusion JDP-N can only promote the proliferation of non-activated splenocytes in rats. |
