摘    要:应用裂解气相色谱法(PGC)分析了五株流感病毒和一株新城疫病毒感染的鸡胚尿囊冻干样品。正常鸡胚尿囊液样品与病毒感染样品间,流感病毒与新城疫病毒间以及甲型流感病毒与乙型流感病毒间存在着明显差异。但不同血清亚型的病毒样品具有特征相似的色谱图,相互间无明显差异。实验表明PGC作为鉴别或鉴定人类病毒的一种新方法是可行的。

Abstract:Five strain influenza and one strain newcastle disease virus were analysed by pyrolysis gas chromatography ( PGC ) . The different patterns between the normal and the infected allantois fluid samples which included influenza viruses type A, B and newcastle disease virus were clearly shown in the pyrograms. But the differe- nces among the influenza subtype A1, A2 and A3 were not clear. Their pyrograms showed similar characters. From the above findings it was concluded that PGC can be used as a tool for the distinguishing or identification of human viruses.
