开放加微创联合手术治疗乳腺多发性肿块

目的 探讨传统开放手术联合Mammotome微创手术治疗乳房多发性肿块的应用价值。方法 将2006年1月至2008年6月在我院乳腺科就诊的444例患者分为3组，分别行传统开放手术、Mammotome微创手术及联合手术，术后常规随访，分别比较3组患者的手术效果。结果 联合手术组较传统开放手术组，手术时间及术中出血无明显差异，局部皮肤凹陷发生率低，切口数量减少、长度缩短、愈合情况好，患者满意率高；较Mammotome手术组，手术时间缩短、旋切次数减少、术中出血减少，皮下瘀斑、残腔血肿、术后疼痛、术后残留发生率明显降低，患者满意率高。结论 联合手术适应症广，手术切除率高，术中术后并发症少，美观效果亦佳，与传统开放手术及Mammotome微创手术相比，有着独到的优势，在临床中值得推广应用。

Combined surgery of open and ultrasound-guided Mammotome in the treatment of multiple breast lumps
