大鼠面神经支配的口轮匝肌及腓肠肌对罗库溴铵敏感性的比较

 目的 比较非去极化肌松药罗库溴铵对大鼠面神经支配的口轮匝肌及体神经支配的腓肠肌的诱发肌电位（EEMG）的抑制程度。方法 制作10例大鼠右侧面神经主干压榨伤模型，取正常和损伤侧口轮匝肌及正常腓肠肌离体肌条分为3组，分别记录电刺激法诱发的肌张力振幅；观察梯度浓度罗库溴铵作用下，3组肌条的肌张力振幅变化程度，以肌张力振幅抑制百分比（MTAI%）表示EEMG抑制程度。结果 3组肌条的MTAI%均随罗库溴铵浓度升高而呈剂量依赖性地增加；在不同浓度罗库溴铵水平下，腓肠肌的MTAI%均大于口轮匝肌的MTAI%（P＜0.05）；而正常和损伤侧口轮匝肌的MTAI%比较没有显著的统计学意义。结论 面神经支配的口轮匝肌对非去极化肌松药罗库溴铵的敏感性明显低于肢体神经支配的腓肠肌，而这种差异没有表现在正常和损伤面神经支配的肌肉间。
