上海县青少年生长发育状况的动态分析

动态分析上海县1975～1990年15年间青少年生长发育的变化,发现1990年7～17岁男女学生的身高和体重比1975年同龄学生平均增高为男3.2cm,女2.8cm,增重为男1.8kg、女2.2kg。此与同期的经济水平、学生的营养供给和健康状况等有着密切关系。据统计,上海县1990年比1975年的社会总产值增加12.1倍,国民生产总值增加7.6倍,工农业总产值增加2.9倍;1985年中学生膳食热能摄入量比1980年增加21.1％,蛋白质摄入量增加4.4％;对青少年健康危害较大的肠道寄生虫病减少,蛔虫感染率从1976年的95.1％下降到1990年的28.8％,14年间下降了69.7％。

ANALYSIS OF THE TRENDS FOR JUVENILE GROWTH IN SHANGHAI COUNTY

Data on child growth in Shanghai County have been collected from 1975 to 1990. The results show that there have been many changes in child growth in Shanghai County. There were significant associations between child growth and socio-economic development status, nutrient intake and infectious rate of parasitic disease.Increases in height, weight and chest circhumference by time. Mean heights of both sexes from 7 to 17 of age are secularly changed, increases in average height between 1975 and 1990 for boys is 3.2cm and girls 2.8cm, average weight for boys is 1.8kg and girls 2.2kg.Factors of child growth in Shanghai County. 1) Improvement of socio-economic development status. Increases in the past 15 years in total output value is 12.1 times, economic output value is 7.6 times, industrial and agricul tural generous output value is 2.9 times, 2) Nutrition. There are increases of energy intake and protein intake, 21.1% and 4.4% between 1980 and 1985 in middle school students. 3) Infectious rate of parasitic disease. The infectious rate of roundworm disease in children sharply dropped from 95.1% to 28.8% between 1976 and 1990. The parasitic diseases in Shanghai County have been controlled by health eduation, an-tnelmintic and so on.
