碳纳米管的毒性研究进展

摘    要: 近年来,碳纳米管(carbon nanotube,CNT)由于其特殊的结构和理化性质,在材料科学和生物医学领域具有潜在的应用前景。随着CNT与人体的接触也越来越多,它是否具有毒性逐渐成为我们所关注的焦点。CNT的体内毒性主要表现为导致肺部炎症和纤维化,循环系统氧化损伤,动脉粥样硬化及全身免疫系统异常等。本文就CNT毒性效应的相关研究进行了综述。
