老年干部人群代谢综合征临床分析

目的 调查2002年度本院老年干部体检人员代谢综合征及其相关疾病的患病情况。方法 检测血糖、血脂、血浆胰岛素、血压、身高、体重、胰岛素抵抗指数，并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果 2002年本院老年体检人员中糖尿病、高血压、血脂紊乱、肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、代谢综合征患病比例分别为19．02％、45．66％、50．53％、7．62％、20．15％、13．52％；代谢综合征患者中糖尿病(或胰岛素抵抗) 血脂异常 高血压约占67．2％；代谢综合征、糖尿病、肥胖、血脂紊乱及高血压患者伴发胰岛素抵抗的比例分别为64％、65％、57％、38％和30％。结论 本次老干部体检人群具有较高的代谢综合患病比例，最多见的表现形式是糖尿病(或胰岛素抵抗) 血脂异常 高血压，代谢综合征及相关疾病患者均伴有显著的胰岛素抵抗。

Clinical Analysis on Metabolic Syndrome in the Elderly Cadres

Purpose To investigate the proportion of metabolic syndrome in the elderly cadres of Huashan Hospital in 2002. Methods Plasma glucose,lipid-profile,serium insulim,body mass index,blood pressure,HOMAIR were measured. Results The proportion of DM,HBP,dislipidemia,obesity,IR,MS was 19.02%, 45.66%, 50.53%, 7.62%, 20.15% and 13.52%.The common type of MS was DM/IR HBP dislipidemia(67.2%).The ratio of IR in MS,DM,obesity,dislipidemia,HBP was 64%,65%,57%,38% and 30%. Conclusions The proportion of MS in the elderly cadres of Huashan Hospital in 2002 was high.The common type of its MS was DM/IR HBP dislipidemia.High ratio of IR were found in MS and its related components.
