蒿甲醚、甘草对实验性弓形虫病的疗效

小鼠腹腔接种１万个速殖子，２ｈ后分别灌胃给予：甘草３２ｇ／ｋｇ、甘草１６ｇ／ｋｇ、蒿甲醚２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ、蒿甲醚１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ、乙胺嘧啶５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ及５％淀粉溶液（对照组），连续１４ｄ。甘草各组与对照组小鼠死亡天数无差异。蒿甲醚２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ组的疗效与乙胺嘧啶组接近。图象分析表明：蒿甲醚２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ组的虫体，其周长、面积、体积均数大于对照组说明虫体有肿胀。在透射电镜下，速殖子的核膜消失，染色质减少，对类锥体、棒状体等细胞器无影响。作者首次在实验弓形虫病中证明蒿甲醚２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ的疗效与乙胺嘧啶５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ接近，并探讨了其作用机理。

STUDIES ON THE EFFECT OF ARTEMETHER AND RADIX GLYCYRRHIZAE IN TREATMENT OF EXPERIMENTAL TOXOPLASMOSIS

The mice were infected with 10 000 tachyzoites peritoneally.2 hours after infection the mice were divided into 7 groups and administrated by gavage for 14consecutive days:32g/kg of Radix Glycyrrhizae, 16 g/kg of Radix Glycyrrhizae,200 mg/kg of artemether,100 mg/kg of artemether,50 mg/kg of pyrimethamineand 5% of amylum(control). No significant differences in the survival days wereobserved between Radix Glycyrrhizae group and control.The group 200 mg/kgartemether gave the similar effect as the group pyrimethamine. Image analysisshowed that the mean of perimeter,area,sphere volume of tachyzoits treated with200 mg/kg artemether were significantly higher than that of control.UnderTEM partial loss of nulear membrane and decrease of chromatin were observed.No changes was observed in the rhoptries conoid and other organelles.
