摘    要: 目的 建立复黄片微生物限度检查法。方法 通过培养基稀释法、菌体离心沉淀法等测定复黄片对试验菌株的回收率。结果 复黄片对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌及白色念珠菌、黑根霉呈现较强的抑菌作用,而对大肠埃希菌基本上没有抑制作用。采用离心沉淀法可以消除复黄片对待测微生物的影响。结论 复黄片可用离心沉淀法进行微生物限度的检查。

Abstract:Objective To establish microbial limit test(MLT) for Fuhuang tablets. Methods With centrifugal sedmentation and culture medium diluted methods,the recovery test was done on each bacterial strain to validate the accuracy and feasibility of MLT. Results Fuhuang tablets showed a stronger inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger,had no inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli. Conclusions Centrifugal sedmentation method can eliminate the antibacterial effect of Fuhuang tablets during the experiment,thus the microorganism in the polluted sample can be detected successfully.
