| 摘 要： | 文章在分析中国西部自然条件差、教育医疗基础薄弱的现状后,指出开展远程教育是解决这种现状的一项有效措施。同时,文章还就远程教育的开展方式以及如何积极发展和规范管理等问题提出了建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the present situation of poor natural conditions and weak foundation of education and medical care in the western region of China,and points out that launching distance education is an effective measure to resolve the problem.Meanwhile,the paper offers suggestions concerning ways to carry out distance education and how to make it develop vigorously and standardize the management. |
