摘    要:目的:探讨在儿科实习中应用基于PBL教学法的循证医学教育效果。方法将进入儿科实习的临床医学专业本科生119人,分为对照组(59人)和实验组(60人),分别按LBL和基于PBL的循证医学教育法进行实习带教,通过出科考试、解决临床实际问题、自学以及问卷调查评价带教效果。结果学生出科考试成绩两组无差异;学生解决临床实际问题的能力和自学能力实验组优于对照组;通过问卷调查,所有实验组学生均赞成其教学方法,认为对临床实践能力和自学能力的提高有帮助,与对照组差异显著。结论在儿科实习中应用基于PBL教学法的循证医学教育,对学生解决临床实际问题能力和自学能力的提高均有明显的促进作用,得到学生的肯定。

Abstract:Objective To study the teaching effectiveness of evidence-based medicine education on the basis of PBL adopted in pediatric clinical practice .Methods We divided 119 clinical medicine students who were going to begin their pediatric clinical practice into control group ( n =59 ) and experimental group ( n =60 ) .The students in control group received LBL teaching while those in experimental group received evidence-based medicine education on the basis of PBL .The teaching effectiveness was evaluated by the test on completion of clinical practice , test on abilities in solving the clinical practical problem and self-studying , and questionnaire survey among the students .Results The results of test on completion of clinical practice showed no difference between the two groups .The results of test on solving the clinical practical problem and self-studying showed that students in experimental group outperformed those in control group .Analysis of the questionnaire survey showed that all the students in experimental group approved of the teaching method and thought that it had helped improve their abilities in solving the clinical practical problem and self-studying . The two groups differed significantly .Conclusion Evidence-based medicine education on the basis of PBL in pediatric clinical practice is conducive to enhancing students'abilities in clinical problem solving and self studying .The teaching method is well received by the students .
