摘    要:随着信息技术的飞速发展,教育理念、方式、手段等都在发生巨大变化,翻转课堂作为一种新的教学模式为教与学的发展提供了新的思路。基于此,文章首先对翻转课堂的含义与特点进行了介绍,然后基于文献研究法和对比研究法,分析了国内外有关翻转课堂的几个典型案例,并对其进行对比,解析其给我国教师带来的启示,最后总结反思我国教师在实施翻转课堂时所面临的机遇与挑战,并提供一定的解决策略。

Opportunities and challenges flipped classrooms have brought to teachers in China:Analysis based on typical cases at home and abroad

Abstract:With the rapid development of information technology , the teaching ideas , methods and means are changing dramatically .The flipped classroom as a new teaching mode has provided a new thought for the development of teaching and learning .Based on this situation , this paper first introduces the concept and features of flipped classrooms , and then based on literature review method and comparative analysis it analyzes and compares some typical cases of flipped classrooms at home and abroad and analyzes enlightenments to teachers in China .Last this paper summarizes and reflects on the opportunities and challenges that teachers in China face in carrying out flipped classroom teaching , and offers some solutions .
