摘    要:以虚拟现实技术设计的心脏解剖教学系统作为研究内容,以参加上海市规范化培训住院医师为研究对象,设计和传统心脏解剖教学方式相结合的教学模式,并与传统教学模式对比,发现临床教学效果的差异.在此基础上,进一步探讨住院医师培训现状以及在培训过程中引用虚拟现实技术的优点,指出该方法可充分调动住院医师的培训积极性、学习主动性.

Abstract:Taking the teaching system of heart anatomy designed by virtual reality technology as the main content studied and taking the resident doctors who participated in residency standardized training in Shanghai for the subjects of study,we designed a novel mode combined with the traditional method of heart anatomy teaching.Comparison was made between the new and traditional modes to discuss their differences in clinical teaching as well as the status quo of residency training and advantages of virtual reality technology.This novel teaching method can fully stimulate initiative and enthusiasm of resident doctors during training.
