| 摘 要： | 利用微格教学系统对师范生进行教学技能训练，是实现师范生专业化培养的基本途径。随着教育信息化的发展，传统的模拟微格教学系统已经向数字化转变，文章针对信息技术教学环境复杂化、教师角色多元化以及教学模式多样化的实际，提出了现代教育技术技能、信息技术与学科整合技能和网络协作教学技能等基于数字化微格教学系统的新的教学技能观点。

| Abstract: | Teaching skill training for students of teachers' colleges with microteaching system is the basic approach to realizing professional cultivation of future teachers.With the development of educational informationization,the traditional simulated microteaching system has been digitalized.In view of the reality of complicated information technology teaching environment,diversified teachers' roles and teaching modes,this paper proposes the view of teaching skills based on digital microteaching system: skill of modern educational technology,skill of information technology and disciplinary integration,and skill of web-based collaborative teaching. |
