摘    要:目的 探讨以标准化病人情景模拟与模拟病动物结合的外科教学模式在《外科手术学基础》带教中的效果,以提高临床课的教学质量。方法 将第四军医大学2009级五年制在西京医院进行《外科手术学基础》学习的学生100人,随机分为传统教学组和情景模拟实验教学组,每组各50人,比较两种教学方法的效果差异。结果 情景模拟实验教学组6项能力自我评定结果均明显优于传统教学组(P〈0.01)。结论 标准化病人情景模拟与模拟病动物结合的外科教学方法显著提高了学生的学习积极性,训练了临床思维,全面提高了本课程教学质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effectiveness of the surgery teaching model of standard patients combined with experimental animals in the teaching of Fundamentals of Surgical Operations so as to upgrade the quality of clinical teaching. Methods A total of 100 five-year program students of Class 2009 of our university taking the course Fundamentals of Surgical Operations were randomly divided into the standard patient group ( n = 50 ) and the traditional teaching method group ( n = 50 ). The effe- ctiveness of the two teaching methods was compared. Results The data show that the standard patient group outperformed the traditional teaching method group in results of 6 self-evaluated capabilities ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The surgery teaching method of standard patients combined with experimental animals has not only greatly increased the the students'learning initiatives and train their clinical thinking but also improved the teaching quality in an all-round way.
