| 摘 要： | 显微摄影技术是医学科技工作者需要掌握的一门技术，也是医学形态学科研结果记录和分析的基础工作。笔者以自己多年显微摄影工作之经验，就该技术的基本操作、胶片选择、焦距和曝光调节、滤色片选择等诸多技术要点作了介绍。 |
