摘    要:针对目前我国教师教育实践中存在着重学历教育轻教学能力培养、教师继续学习与教学实践脱节等问题,如果将Blended Learning作为一种教学与学习方式运用于教师教育中,则有利于更好地与校本培训衔接、与教师的教学经验结合并促进教师反思。文章从教学方法、学习活动、学习评价与反思等方面,对Blended Learning在教师教育中的应用进行了论述,指出Blended Learning将对我国教师教育实践产生一定的影响。

Abstract:In China,some problems still exist in the practice of teachers' education.For example,learners(teachers) pay more attention to diplomas than to capabilities,and their continuing study is out of line with their teaching.As a mode of instruction and learning,blended learning,when used in teachers' education,will be beneficial to being connected with school-based in-service training,being combined with the teachers' teaching experience,and improving the teachers' reflections.This paper discusses the application of blended learning in teachers' education from the aspects of teaching methodology,learning activity,evaluation of learning and reflections.It also points out that blended learning will exert certain influence on the practice of teachers' education in China.
