土槐菝葜汤治疗血热型银屑病临床研究

目的:观察土槐菝葜汤治疗血热型银屑病的临床疗效及其对外周血肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)水平的影响。方法:68例血热型银屑病患者随机分为观察组35例和对照组33例。对照组,给予卡泊三醇软膏,外用,每日2次。观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予土槐菝葜汤。2周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后将2组的临床疗效及TNF-α、IL-8水平进行比较。结果:观察组有效率为91.43%,对照组有效率为63.64%,两组有效率比较,具有显著性差异(P0.05);观察组血清中TNF-α、IL-8水平较治疗前明显降低(P0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:土槐菝葜汤治疗血热型银屑病疗效显著,安全性高,其作用机制可能和降低患者血清中TNF-α、IL-8水平有关。

Clinical Research on Tuhuaibaqia Decoction in the Treatment of Psoriasis of Blood-heat Type

Object:To observe the clinical curative effect of Tuhuaibaqia Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis of blood-heat type and its effect on TNF-α and IL-8 in peripheral blood.Methods:68 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 35 cases and the control group of 33 cases.The treatment group was treated with Tuhuaibaqia Decoction and calcipotriol ointment,and the control group was given calcipotriol ointment only.2 weeks as a course of treatment,compared clinical curative effect and the detection of serum TNF-α and IL-8 content after 3 courses of treatment.The calcipotriol ointment was used for external twice daily in two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment group was 91.43％,63.64％ in the control group,the efficiency of two groups had significant difference(P ＜ 0.05).After treatment the contents of TNF-α and IL-8 in the serum of the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05),and there was significant difference compared with the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Tuhuaibaqia Decoction is a safe and more effective therapy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of TNF-α and IL-8 in peripheral blood.
