真武汤联合硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗癌性疼痛临床研究

目的:观察真武汤联合硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法:120例中度、重度癌性疼痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例,对照组予硫酸吗啡缓释片口服,治疗组在对照组基础上配合真武汤口服,观察治疗结束后7d、14 d两组患者疼痛缓解率、卡氏评分变化情况、硫酸吗啡缓释片使用剂量及恶心、呕吐、便秘等不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗组疼痛缓解率为88.33%,对照组疼痛缓解率为71.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗14 d后两组患者卡氏评分均较治疗前提高,且治疗组高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗14 d后,两组患者硫酸吗啡缓释片使用剂量均较治疗前减少,且治疗组明显少于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组恶心、呕吐及便秘等不良反应发生情况少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:真武汤联合硫酸吗啡缓释片能有效缓解癌性疼痛,减少阿片类药物使用剂量,提高患者生存质量,并可有效缓解药物不良反应。

Clinical Study on Zhenwu Decoction Combined with Morphine Sulfate Sustained-Release Tabelets Treatment of Cancer Pain

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of Zhenwu decoction combined with morphine sulfate sustained-release tabelets in the treatment of cancer pain.Methods:120 cases of moderate and severe cancer pain were randomly divided into the treatment group of 60 cases and the control group of 60 cases.The control group was given morphine sulfate sustained-release tabe lets orally administration,and the treatment group was treated with Zhenwu Decoction on the basis of control group.Observed pain relief rate,KPS score,morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets dose and nausea,vomiting,constipation and other adverse reactions after treatmnent of 7 d,14 d two groups of patients.Results:The pain relief rate of treatment group was 88.33％,and the control group was 71.67％,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);after 14 d treatment,Karnofsky score of the two groups of patients were higher than before treatment,and the treatment group better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);after 14 d treatment,morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets doses of the two groups of patients were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly less than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Nausea,vomiting and constipation and other adverse reactions of the treatment group were less than the control group,the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Zhenwu decoction combined with morphine sulfatc sustained-release tablets can effectively relieve cancer pain,reduce the dose of opioids,improve the quality of life of patients,and effectively alleviate the adverse drug reactions.
