补中益气汤联合青硼散治疗复发性口疮临床研究

目的:观察补中益气汤联合青硼散治疗复发性口疮气血虚弱证的临床疗效。方法:将100例复发性口疮气血虚弱证患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例,对照组采用青硼散治疗,青硼散处方:青黛20 g,硼砂15 g,冰片10 g,每日多次使用,研沫敷于溃疡面。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用补中益气汤加减治疗,药物组成:黄芪30 g,白术25 g,陈皮10 g,党参30 g,升麻6 g,柴胡6 g,当归15 g,炙甘草6 g。伴阴虚火旺者可加知母、黄柏滋阴降火;伴脾阳虚者可加干姜、肉桂温补脾阳、引火归元。每日1剂,分两次温服。结果:对照组有效率为70.00%,治疗组有效率为92.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组治疗前溃疡数目(3.23±1.09)个,溃疡天数(12.17±8.45)d,治疗后溃疡数目(2.25±2.11)个,溃疡天数(9.57±3.29)d,对照组治疗后溃疡数目、溃疡天数与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组治疗前溃疡数目(3.56±2.34)个,溃疡天数(11.97±7.23)d,治疗后溃疡数目(1.56±1.57)个,溃疡天数(6.02±1.98)d,治疗组治疗后溃疡数目、溃疡天数与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),两组患者治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组治疗前口疮复发时间(12.28±10.09)d,治疗后口疮复发时间(60.29±15.23)d,治疗后口疮复发时间与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组治疗前口疮复发时间(13.66±9.55)d,治疗后口疮复发时间(95.6±18.69)d,治疗后口疮复发时间与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),两组患者治疗后口疮复发时间组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:补中益气汤联合青硼散治疗复发性口疮气血虚弱证疗效显著。

Clinical Study on Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with Qingpeng Powder in Treatment of Recurrent Aphthous Ure

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Qingpeng Powder in treating for re current aphthous ulcer with Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome.Methods:100 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcers were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Each group was treated with Qingpeng Powder:Indigo naturalis 20 g,Sodium borate 15 g,Borneol 10 g,The treatment group was treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in addition to that of the control group:Astragalus 30 g,Atractylodes 25 g,dried Tangerine peel 10 g,Codonopsis 30 g,Cimicifuga 6 g,Bupleurum 6 g,Angelica 15 g,Prepared Liquorice root 6 g.With Innate Fire due to Yin Deficiency Syndrome,Impromptu and Golden cypress can be added to tonify Yin and down-regulalte innate Fire.With Spleen Yang Deficiency Syndrome,dried Ginger and Cinnamon can be added to warm Spleen Yang.One dose a day.After treatment the symptoms of mouth sores,aphrodisiac recurrence time and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 70.00％,and the effective rate of the treatment group was 92.00％.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).The number of ulcers of the control group before treatment were (3.23 ± 1.09) and the ulcer days were (12.17 (5.37 ± 3.29) d.The number of ulcers of the control group after treatment was (2.25 ± 2.11) and the ulcer days were (9.57 ± 3.29) d.The number of ulcers and ulcer days of the control group after treatment was significantly different from those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The number of ulcers of the treatment group before treatment was (356 ± 2.34) and the number of ulcer days of the treatment group before treatment was (11.97 ± 7.23) d.The number of ulcers of the treatment group after treatment was (1.56 ± 1.57) and the number of ulcer days of the treatment group after treatment was (6.02 ± 1.98) d.there were significant differences in the number of ulcers before and after treatment in the treatment group (P ＜ 0.05).There were significant difference between the two groups(P ＜ 0.05).The differences between the two groups in these indexes were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The recurrence time of the aphrodisiac of the control group was (12.28 ± 10.09) a,and that after treatment was (60.29 ± 15.23) a.The recurrence time of the control group after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The recurrence time of the aphrodisiac before treatment of the treatment group was(13.66 ± 9.55) d,and that after treatment was (95.6 ± 18.69).The recurrence time of the treatment group after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).There was significant difference in the recurrence time of the aphrodisiac between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Qingpeng Powder has a significant curative effect in treatment of recurrent aphthous with Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome.
