生血汤治疗急性髓系白血病化疗后白细胞减少症临床研究

目的:观察生血汤治疗急性髓系白血病化疗后白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法:选择120例急性髓系白血病化疗后白细胞减少症患者为研究对象,按抽签方式分为两组,各60例。对照组采用常规对症治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用生血汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后中性粒细胞计数、白细胞计数、中医证候积分及感染率、抗生素使用时间,评价临床疗效。结果:研究组有效率、感染率、抗生素使用时间分别为95.00%、25.00%、(7.50±1.56)d,均优于对照组的78.33%、51.67%、(12.56±1.83)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05);化疗后第10天、第20天,研究组中性粒细胞计数、白细胞计数较对照组均明显上升,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);与治疗前比较,研究组与对照组中医证候积分均明显下降,且研究组下降幅度更大,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:生血汤治疗急性髓系白血病化疗后白细胞减少症,临床疗效显著,可提高中性粒细胞计数、白细胞计数,促进患者造血功能恢复,降低感染率。

Clinical Study on Shengxue Decoction in Treatment of Leukopenia Patients Experienced Chemotherapy with Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shengxue Decoction in treatment of Leukopenia patients experienced chemotherapy with acute Myeloid Leukemia.Methods:120 patients with acute Myeloid leukemia and experienced chemotherapy were divided into two groups by Lottery.The control group was treated with routine symptomatic treatment.The study group was treated with Shengxue Decoction on in addition to that of the control group.Patients' neutrophil count,white blood cell count,TCM syndrome score,infection rate and antibiotic using time were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:The effective rate,the infection rate and the antibiotic using time of the study group were 95.00％,25.00％ and (7.50 + 1.56) d,which were significantly better than those,namely,78.33％,51.67％ and (12.56 + 1.83) d,of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).On the 10th day and the 20th day after chemotherapy,the neutrophil count and the white blood cell count of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group respectively (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of TCM syndrome were significantly decreased both groups,and the difference between that was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Shengxue Decoction in treatment of Leukopenia patients experienced chemotherapy with acute Myeloid Leukemia achieved remarkable clinical efficacy,which can improve the neutrophil count and white blood cell count,to promote the recovery of hematopoietic function of patients with reduced infection rate.
