中医治疗腰痛理论探讨

中医学脏腑理论、经络理论为从内脏、经络、气血调理、治疗腰痛(椎间盘突出症)提供了理论依据。腰椎间盘突出症与五脏功能密切相关,但和经络循行、经筋解利有更直接的关系。在腰痛病的诊断中,经络理论接近局部的定位,脏腑理论是总体的定性。因此治疗腰痛(腰椎间盘突出症)应在脏腑理论的指导下,结合经络辨证,或以经络经筋为辨证基础,参考脏腑辨证,使之更接近临床实际。

Theoretical Discussion on Lumbago Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine

TCM Zang-fu theory and the meridians theory can provide theoretical basis for conditioning and treating lumbago (intervertebral disc herniation) from the aspects of viscera,meridians,Qi and blood.The intervertebral disc hemiation has close relationship with the functions of the five Zang-organs,and has even direct relationship with the circulation of meridians and the unobstruction of aponeurotic system.Clinical practices show that,the meridians theory functions as the locally location tool in diagnosing lumbago,and the Zang-fu theory generally determines the disease.With the guidance of the Zang-fu theory and in combination with the differentiation of channels and collaterals,the syndrome differentiation of lumbago (intervertebral disc herniation) can be more practical and comprehensive based on the differentiation of collaterals and muscles and in reference of the viscera differentiation.
