李东垣“补中、升阳、降阴火”理论在肿瘤治疗中的应用

李东垣继承先贤理论,系统总结、阐发脾胃的生理功能与发病特点,形成了以脾胃功能为核心,气机升降为主线,甘温除热降阴火为具体措施的一套行之有效的理论体系。目前肿瘤的中医治疗同样强调改善脾胃的功能及气机的升降,与李东垣学说颇有相似之处。因此,深刻理解李东垣"补中、升阳、降阴火"理论并灵活运用,对肿瘤的防治意义重大。

The Application of Academic Thought of Li Dongyuan "Tonifying Spleen and Stomach,Rising Yang,and Reducing Yin Fire" in the Treatment of Tumor

Li Dongyuan who inherited the sages theory,summarized the analysis of spleen and stomach and created a new theory called "tonifying spleen and stomach,rising Yang,and reducing Yin Fire" based on the physiological functions and pathogenesis characteristic of spleen and stomach.The theory is composed of the function of spleen and stomach,rising Yang Qi and subsiding Yin Fire.At present,the TCM oncologist also emphasizes on the function of the spleen and stomach and the ascending and falling of Qi,which is quite similar with the theory of Li Dongyuan.Therefore,a deep understanding of Li Dongyuan " tonifying spleen and stomach,rising Yang,and reducing Yin Fire" theory and using the theory flexible has great significance on prevention and treatment of tumors.
