参松养心胶囊联合阿托伐他汀对慢性心力衰竭患者心电图相关指标及心率变异性的影响

目的:观察参松养心胶囊联合阿托伐他汀对慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者心电图相关指标及心率变异性的影响。方法:124例CHF患者随机分为对照组和观察组各62例。对照组给予基础抗心力衰竭治疗+阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予参松养心胶囊,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组治疗前后心电图指标、心率变异性、心功能和氨基端前B型钠尿肽(N-terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide,NT-pro BNP)变化。结果:治疗后两组心电图心率、QTd、QTcd及QRS波群均显著降低(P0.05);心率变异性指标SDNN、r MSSD、SDANN和RNN50水平显著上升;LVEF显著上升(P0.05),LVEDd显著下降(P0.05),NYHA分级均显著提升(P0.05);NT-pro BNP水平均显著下降(P0.05);且治疗后观察组降低或升高幅度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊联合阿托伐他汀可显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能,缩短QT离散度和QRS波群,提升心率变异性,降低心功能分级。

Effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule Combined with Atorvastatin on the Electrocardiogram Related Indexes and Heart Rate Variability in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To study the effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with atorvastatin on electrocardiogram related indexes and heart rate variability in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:124 patients with CHF were randomly divided into the control group(n =62) and the treatment group(n =62).Both groups were treated with basic anti-heart failure therapy combined with atorvastatin,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Shensong Yangxin Capsule for 3 months.The changes of electrocardiogram indexes,heart rate variability,cardiac function and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the heart rate,QTd,QTcd and QRS wave group were significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of heart rate variability indexes (SDNN,rMSSD,SDANN and RNN50) and LVEF were significantly increased while LVEDd was significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05).NYHA was significantly increased and NT-proBNP level was decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the changes in treatment group were significantly greater than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with atorvastatin can significantly improve the cardiac function in patients with CHF,shorten the QT dispersion and QRS wave group,improve heart rate variability,and reduce the grade of cardiac function.
