| 摘 要： | 《濒湖脉学》是明代医药学家李时珍所著的脉学专著,全书以歌诀体裁编写而成,语言简明、比喻贴切,论脉简要而不失生动。作为后世学习脉学之圭臬,《濒湖脉学》善用比象思维,还原脉学本原,善于辨析脉象异同,倡导以脉象论述病机。只有将《濒湖脉学》中的脉学理论与经典记载以及后世诸家论点进行参悟比对,在临床中反复印证、去伪存真,才能将四诊之一的脉诊发扬光大。

| Abstract: | Bin Hu Mai Xue,being a sphygmology monograph,was written by Li Shizhen,a medical scientist in the Ming Dynasty.The book is compiled in verses,with concise language,appropriate metaphors,and brief but vivid discussions of sphygmology.As the standard model of learning pulse for later generations,Bin Hu Mai Xue makes good use of analogy thinking,restore the origin of pulse theory and good at discrimination of the similarities and differences of pulse manifestation,and advocate discuss pathogenesis with it.Only by comparing the theories in Bin Hu Mai Xue with the classic records and the arguments of later generations,arguing constantly,removing the false and keeping the truth in the clinical practices,can the pulse diagnosis,one of the four diagnoses,be carried forward. |
