| 摘 要： | 龙江韩氏妇科认为,肾虚是早发性卵巢功能不全发病之根本,肝郁气滞、瘀血内结为发病之关键。治疗本病以补肾疏肝、活血调经为大法,以百灵育阴汤为主,配合雌激素、孕激素、中成药及膏方分阶段治疗,并在药物治疗的同时配合药膳疗法及心理疗法。

| Abstract: | Longjiang Han′s Gynecology holds that deficiency of Kidney is the root cause of premature ovarian insufficiency,and Liver depression with Qi stagnation and binding of static Blood are the keys factors to the disease.Therefore,treatment of this disease is based on tonifying Kidney and soothing Liver Qi as well as activating blood to regulate menstruation.Specifically,in clinical practice,Bailing Yuyin Decoction can be used as the mainstay,being cooperated with estrogen,progesterone,Chinese patent medicine and paste preparation in different stages.At the same time,medicated diet therapy and psychotherapy are also used. |
