| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍美国BISCO公司Tescera间接树脂修复系统——一种在有水的情况下，并结合压力、光、热进行操作的新的间接树脂充填系统，并应用于临床。方法：对15例牙体缺损病人采用Tescera间接树脂修复系统进行嵌体修复，并进行3个月的临床随访观察。结果：修复3个月后，按7项指标进行评估，15例Tescera树脂嵌体表现出卓越的美观效果，所有7项指标均达到理想，病人满意。结论：Tescera ATL修复系统制作的嵌体美观，材料的物理性能大大改善，修复体寿命得以延长。有进一步推广应用和研究的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: A new indirect composite restorative system with water combing pressure, light, and heat was introduced for the fabrication of inlays and onlays . Methods: Fifteen defected teeth were selected for composite resin inlay and onlay fabrication with Tescera ATL unit equipment. The clinical trial was carried out for 3 months. Results: After 3 months test, 7 parameters were checked, 15 Tescera inlays and onlays were demonstrated that excep-tional esthetics, all 7 parameters were good and the patients were very satisfied. Conclusion : inlays , which were mode with Tescera ATL restorative system, are esthetics; physical properties of materials are improved highly, and have a long-lasting durability. This restorative system is worthy to be used and further studied in dental practice. |
