PBL教学方法应用于医学免疫学教学研究

摘    要:为了探讨PBL种教学方法在医学免疫学课程教学效果,文中对2005~2007级临床医学本科生进行跟踪研究。采用教学测试及问卷调查的方法,研究学生在校期间PBL教学方法应用于医学免疫学的教学效果以及实习期间对PBL学习方法的后续应用效果。通过对三届本科生的连续性跟踪研究,可见随着PBL教学方式逐步完善,不仅对在校学生的教学效果有很大提高,同时能被学生灵活应用于自主学习中,值得推广。

Abstract:Problem-based learning mode is used in medical education widely.Tracking research of 2005~2007 undergraduate clinical medicine students,this paper discussed the teaching result of PBL mode in medical immunology.Test and questionnaire investigation methods were used to evaluate the results in school and during clinical practice.After tracking research,it was found that the PBL mode could improve not only the teaching results,but also the students' ability of self-directed learning.
