石吊兰素对麻醉猫血流动力学的影响

摘    要:本文研究了石吊兰素对麻醉开胸猫血流动力学的影响。结果表明:石吊兰素2.5mg/kgiv降压时伴有左室内压峰值及外周阻力下降;5mg/kg使外周阻力及血压进一步降低,舒张压的下降超过收缩压,心率减慢,心输出量及左室内压上升速率峰值等均见明显降低。低剂量的石吊兰素的降压作用主要系舒张血管所致,石吊兰素较大剂量对心脏的抑制作用可能也参与了其降压成分

Abstract:The effects of nevadensin (Nvd) on hemodynamics were studied in anes-thetized open-chest cats. It was shown that Nvd 2. 5mg/kg iv redtices systolic, dis-tolic and mean arterial blood pressure, mean while it decreased total peripheral ves-sel resistance and left ventricular peak dP/dt. These effects of Nvd 5mg/kg iv were increased furthen more, and distolic pressure fall more than systolic pressure fall.The cardiac output and left ventricular dP/dt max were significantly reduced. The heart rate was slowed. The inhibition of Nvd 5mg/kg iv on heart may be partial cause of blood pressure fall.
