| 摘 要： | 目的探讨分析冠心病患者动脉血浆基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）和组织抑制剂TIMI-1水平变化及其临床意义；方法收集急性冠脉综合征、稳定性心绞痛和冠脉造影正常的健康人的股动脉血标本，采用ELISA法检测标本中MMP-9和TIMI-1水平；结果三组病人基本资料特征比较无差异性；与对照组和SAP组相比，ACS组血浆MMP-9水平均明显升高，P〈0．01，具有显著统计学差异，而SAP组与对照组相比无统计学差异。ACS组TIMP-1水平较SAP组和对照组降低，具有统计学意义，而SAP组和对照组之间的TIMP-1水平无差异。结论动脉血浆MMP-9水平明显升高是急性冠脉综合征患者的重要特征，检测其水平的变化可能有助于急性冠脉综合征的诊断和鉴别诊断。
