纤维乳管镜在乳头溢液疾病中的诊治体会

目的探讨纤维乳管镜的实践经验及其应用价值。方法回顾性分析39例乳头溢液患者的检查结果,结合其中32例患者术后病理结果予以评估。结果镜检诊断乳腺导管内癌或浸润癌4例,导管内乳头状瘤31例,乳管炎4例。其中乳头状瘤符合率70.37%,癌症符合率100%。结论掌握检查指征,操作时注意细节,纤维乳管镜在乳头溢液患者的处理中能获得较好的诊断和指导治疗作用。

Breast fiberoptic ductoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with abnormal nipple discharge

Objective To explore the value of breast ductoscopy for breast diseases with abnormal nipple discharge.Methods The data of 39 cases admitted in Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University were analyzed retrospectively.32 cases of surgical patients with pathological findings are summarized.Results Thirty-one cases were diagnosed as papilloma by breast ductoscopy.Four cases were diagnosed as breast cancer or ductal carcinoma in situ.Four cases were diagnosed as duct inflammation.Thirty-two cases accepted surgical treatment.Diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer or ductal carcinoma in situ was 100%.Diagnostic accuracy of papilloma was70.37%.Conclusion Master the operation indications is important.Fiber breast duct endoscopy can get better accuracy and guide therapeutic effects.
