| 摘 要： | 目的观察半夏茯苓胶囊对胃排空的影响和急性毒性.方法用胃排空法观察半夏茯苓胶囊对正常小鼠胃排空的影响、观察对新斯的明引起的胃排空加快的影响、观察对阿托品所致胃排空减慢的影响及其急性毒性.结果半夏茯苓胶囊可抑制正常小鼠胃排空,并可抑制新斯的明引起的胃排空加快,对阿托品所致的胃排空减慢无影响;未测出小鼠一次灌胃给药的LD50,其最大耐受量为10g/kg.结论半夏茯苓胶囊对小鼠胃排空有抑制作用,毒性低. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Banxia Fuling capsule on gastric emptmy in mice and its acute toxing. Methods The treatment groups were given different doses of Banxia Fuling capsule and the control group was given metoclopramide. Then the normal gastric emptying, faster gastric emptying induced by neostigmine and slower gastric emptying induced by atropine in mice, and acute toxicity were measured. Results Banxia Fuling capsule could decrease the normal gastric emptying rate and the faster gastric emptying induced by neostigmine of mice, but could not influence the slower gastric emptying rate induced by atropine. Maximum Tolerable Dose of Banxia Fuling capsule was more than 10g/kg -1 . Conclusions Banxia Fuling capsule could inhabit gastric emptying in mice and its toxicity is low. |
