女贞属苦丁茶中总黄酮的含量测定

摘    要:目的测定贵州不同产地苦丁茶总黄酮化合物的含量。方法 L9(34)正交试验优选提取条件,用比色法测定苦丁茶中总黄酮化合物含量。结果最佳提取条件为:用60倍90%乙醇提取苦丁茶粗粉2次,每次1h,用比色法测定总黄酮化合物的含量。芦丁标准品在0.4868-2.434mg浓度范围线性关系良好,线性方程为:y=0.3139x-0.0062,r=0.9960。平均回收率为98.77%,RSD为1.5%。贵州多个产地的苦丁茶中总黄酮的含量均在30%以上。结论贵州不同产地的苦丁茶中总黄酮的含量较高且存在差异,本方法方便,可靠,重复性好,可用于苦丁茶中总黄酮的含量测定。
