| 摘 要： | ①目的研究急性缺血性脑卒中患者的可溶性细胞粘附分子-1（sICAM-1）变化规律,探讨其与脑卒中的相关性。②方法采用病例对照研究设计,应用双抗体ELISA法动态测定135例急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清中sICAM-1的含量,以140例同期健康体检者作为对照。③结果急性缺血性脑卒中患者发病24小时内血清sICAM-1水平明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,在发病24小时～1周呈上升趋势,1周～2周内呈下降趋势,但2周时sICAM-1水平仍高于对照组;大梗死灶缺血性脑卒中患者血清sICAM-1浓度明显高于中、小梗死灶组（P〈0.01）;有高血压病史的脑卒中患者的血清sICAM-1浓度明显高于无高血压病史的脑卒中患者（P〈0.01）。④结论 sI-CAM-1与急性缺血性脑卒中密切相关,参与了脑卒中缺血性损伤的发生、发展过程。
