医生对癌症病情告知态度及告知技能的现状研究

①目的探讨临床医生对癌症病情告知的态度及癌症病情告知技能的现状。②方法采取整群随机抽样方法抽取唐山市6家二级综合医院和4家三级综合医院呼吸内科、普通外科等诊治癌症疾病科室内的医生380名，应用“癌症病情告知态度问卷”、“癌症病情告知技能问卷”对医生进行调查。③结果医生对癌症病情告知的态度评分为（27．43±4．47）分，处于中等偏下水平，其中“告知患者癌症病情和不好的预后很困难为（4．17±0．85）分”的得分最高，“接受过癌症病情告知技能培训（1．01±0．61）分”的得分最低；医生的癌症病情告知技能评分为（22．98±5．41）分。④结论医生对癌症病情告知的态度处于矛盾状态，倾向于不告知癌症患者真实病情；医生的癌症病情告知技能较差，应对临床医务人员提供癌症病情告知技能的培训。

Investigation of health professionals＇ attitudes toward truth disclosure of cancer and communication skills

Objective To investigate health professionals＇attitudes toward truth disclosure of cancer diagnosis and communi-cation skills. Methods Cluster random sampling was conducted to recruit 380 oncology clinicians and 324 oncology nurses in 10 General Hospitals in Tangshan. The questionnaire of Attitudes toward Disclosure of Information and questionnaire of Communication Skills Assessment were used to investigate. Results The overall score of health professionals＂attitudes toward truth disclosure of cancer was （27.43 ± 4.47） and communication skills score was （22.98 ± 5.41 ）. The degree of hospital, occupation （ doctor or nurse） and time of work were influencing factors of health professionals＇ attitudes toward truth disclosure of cancer （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Health professionals are likely not to disclose the truth to cancer patients. Oncology clinicians＇communication skills are in the low level. Communication skills training program should be provided.
