腰椎间盘突出症的康复治疗及随访观察

目的 观察腰椎间盘突出症经超短波、中频电和红外线中药外敷治疗后的临床疗效，及椎间盘突出物治疗前后的变化。方法 采用中频电并超短波、中频电并红外线中药外敷等综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症78例，并进行CT量化评价及随访观察。结果 2种疗法均有较好的临床疗效，2个疗程治疗后，经随访其显效痊愈率分别为76．7％和72．9％，2种疗法疗效差异无显著性（U=0.38，P〉0．05）。CT随访观察发现，治疗后椎间盘突出物有所减小（P〈0．05），但无1例完全消失。结论 上述2种疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症均有较好的临床疗效，对腰椎间盘突出的复位均有一定作用。

Rehabilitation treatment of lumbar disc hernia and follow- up

Objective To observe the effects of ultrashort wave,medium frequency electrotherapy and infrared rays herb-pad therapy on lumbar disc hernia, and study the change of material of herniation of nuclcus pulposus. Methods 78 cases with lumbar disc hernia were assigned to A group(30 cases) which were treated with medium frequency electrotherapy plus infrared rays herb-pad therapy and B group(48 cases) treated with medium frequency eletrotherapy plus ultrashort wave. The CT quantization was assessed, the effect was followcd-up. Results Through two courses of treatment, the clinical effects in both groups were obtained. After follow-up of 4~12 months, the effective rate of two groups was 77% and 73%, respectively. There was no difference(P>0.05). On CT scan, the size of lumbar disc herniations reduced, but none completely disappeared. Conclusion The study suggests that the two treatments as mentioned above all have better effects for lumbar disc hernia.They are beneficial to reduction of lumbar disc hernia.
