| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(Laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)并发症的原因及防治方法。方法回顾性分析31例LC并发症的临床资料。结果31例并发症中常见的是胆漏和出血,分别占33.33%和24.24%,严重并发症如胆管损伤2例。28例经保守治疗痊愈,另3例经开腹手术治愈,无死亡病例。结论严格掌握LC手术适应证,规范处理Calot三角,适当进行腹腔引流,可减少并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the causes and treatments of complications occurred in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods The clinial data of complications of 31 cases occurred in LC were analyzed retrospctively.Results Among complications of 31 cases,11 cases(33.33%) were bile leakoge,8 cases(24.24%) were hemorrhage,and 2 cases were bile duct injury,which is serious complication.28 cases were all cured by non-operative treatment,and 3 cases were cured by converting to open operation.No death occurred.Conclusions To decrease incidence of complications in LC,operators should grasp the indications,deal with Calot's triangle thoroughly and perform abdominal drainage selectively. |
