姬松茸多糖对小鼠免疫调节作用的初步研究

摘    要:目的探讨姬松茸多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法分别取60只昆明幼鼠及60只成年小鼠为研究对象。首先各取12只进行预实验,调整实验剂量后,再将剩余48只小鼠进行实验分组,幼鼠及成年小鼠均为对照组,高、中、低剂量给药组,每组各12只。观察不同剂量姬松茸多糖对幼鼠和成年鼠胸腺指数和脾脏指数的影响,分析姬松茸多糖的免疫活性。结果与对照组(生理盐水组)相比,不同剂量(192、240、300 mg/kg)姬松茸多糖对幼鼠胸腺、脾脏指数具有较明显的促进作用,差异均具有统计学意义(P均〈0.05);不同剂量(240、300、375 mg/kg)姬松茸多糖对成年鼠脾脏及胸腺指数的提高也具有促进作用,但其差异无统计学意义(P均〉0.05)。结论姬松茸多糖能增强小鼠的免疫功能,有较好的免疫调节作用。本研究为姬松茸的保健与药用价值的研究及进一步开发提供了实验依据。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of polysaccharide of tricholoma matsutake on the immune function of mice. Methods Sixty Kunming immature mice and 60 adult Kunming mice were served as research objects. Preexperiment was conducted firstly with 12 mice in each group. After modulating dosage, experimental grouping was conducted in the rest of the respective 48 immature and adult mice ( n = 12 each) : control group (normal saline was given), high, middle and low dosage groups (different doses polysaccharide of tricholoma matsutake were given). The effects of different doses of polysaccharide of tricholoma matsutake on thymus index and spleen index in immature and adult mice were observed, and the immune activity of polysaccharide of tricholoma matsutake was analyzed. Results Compared with control group, different doses (192, 240, 300 mg/kg) of polysaecharide of tricholoma matsutake had obvious accelerating effect on the rise of thymus index and spleen index in immature mice ( all P 〈 0.05 ) , and different doses ( 240, 300,375 mg/kg) of polysaccharide of tricholoma matsutake had certain accelerating effect also on the rise of thymus index and spleen index for the adult, but there were no statistical differences (all P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Polysaccharide of tricholoma matsutake can enhance the immune function of mice and has better immune regulating effect. This study provides an experimental basis for the research of health care and medicinal value of polysaccharide of tricholoma matsutake and its further exploration.
