| 摘 要： | 目的了解氟虫腈杀灭蟑螂的效果,从而为开发氟虫腈杀蟑胶饵提供参考。方法该试验采用GB/T13917.7-2009检测方法对开发的0.05%氟虫腈杀蟑胶饵进行药效测试。结果 0.05%氟虫腈杀蟑胶饵在实验室药效检测时,7d蟑螂死亡率达到100%。模拟现场药效检测时,8d灭蟑效果能够达到100%。结论氟虫腈将是新一轮毒饵防治蟑螂的热点药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the effects of fipronil in killing cockroach,so as to provide reference for development of new gel bait.Method Detect the effects of 0.05% fipronil gel bait by GB/T13917.7-2009.Results In laboratory,the mortality of cockroach reached 100% after 7 days of use of 0.05% fipronil gel bait,and in the testing site,the mortality of cockroach reached 100% 8 days later.Conclusions Fipronil would be a new drug to control cockroach. |
