广州地区从业人员的肠炎沙门菌PFGE分子分型及耐药性研究

摘    要:目的了解广州地区从业人员健康体检分离的肠炎沙门菌的分子流行病学特征,为食源性疾病溯源及致病菌数据库的建立提供数据。方法采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed-field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)对广州地区2009-2011年从业人员健康体检获得的17株肠炎沙门菌分离株进行分子分型及耐药性检测。结果 17株肠炎沙门菌分为10个PFGE型:G1、G2、G3、G4、G5、G6、G7、G8、G9和G10型,各种PFGE型别之间仅有1~3条带的差异,相似度在86.6%~100%,菌株之间具有很近的亲缘关系;药敏分析显示除7株肠炎沙门菌对哌拉西林耐药外,对头孢噻肟、亚胺培南、甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲恶唑等药物均敏感。结论从业人员健康体检分离的肠炎沙门菌菌株之间既存在分子水平的同源性也存在非同源性,加强对从业人员健康体检分离的肠炎沙门菌菌株实时分子分型检测能快速预警肠炎沙门菌潜在爆发和追溯污染源。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the molecular epidemiology characteristics of salmonella enteritidis isolated from health examination samples of Guangzhou employees in order to provide datum for foodborne disease traceability and the database of pathogenic bacteria.Method Use pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) to isolate 17 strains of salmonella enteritidis from health examination samples of Guangzhou employees.Results There were 10 types of PFGE: G1,G2,G3,G4,G5,G6,G7,G8,G9 and G10.There were 1~3 lanes difference in all kinds of types and the similarity coefficient of 17 strains,which have close relationship among each other were between 86.6% and 100%.Antimicrobial susceptibility analysis indicated that these isolations were sensitive to cefotaxime,imipenem,trimethoprim/sulfomethoxazole except that 7 strains of salmonella enteritidis were resistant to piperacillin.Conclusions The salmonella enteritidis strains isolated from employees were expressed either as homology or non-homology in Guangzhou.Enhancing the detection of real time molecular typing of strains from health examinations of Guangzhou employees will help to rapidly forecast the potential outbreak cases of salmonella enteritidis and tracing source of pollution.
