社区家庭访视对代谢综合征患者生活质量及相关行为影响的研究

目的探讨社区家庭访视对代谢综合征患者生活质量及相关行为的影响。方法将278例代谢综合征患者随机分为访视组和对照组;访视组由专职务人员进行定期家庭访视,对照组不作干预。干预1年后比较两组生活质量的变化和相关行为的影响。结果访视组患者自觉在体力健康、精神健康和总体功能等方面生活质量与对照组比较均有显著改善(p<0.01);规律运动、科学饮食、戒烟、自我测血压血糖、遵医行为等改变与对照组比较也有明显的改善(p<0.01)。结论社区家庭访视能明显改善代谢综合征患者的生活质量及其相关正确卫生行为的形成。

Community Family Visit on the Quality of Life in Patients with Metabolic Syndrome and the Related Impact on Behavior.

Objective purpose of community family visit on the quality of life in patients with metabolic syndrome and related behaviour.Methods 278 cases of metabolic syndrome patients were randomly divided into visiting group and the control group;visiting group of full-time medical staff as a regular family visit,the control group was not intervene.1 year after intervention group compared the quality of life change and the impact of related behavior.Results visiting patients consciously in physical health,mental health and overall function and quality of life compared with the control group had significant improvements(p <0.01),regular exercise,science diet,smoking cessation,blood pressure self-test blood glucose and treatment compliance,and other changes also compared with the control group there were significant improvements(p<0.01).Conclusion Community Visiting family metabolic syndrome can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and their health-related behavior of the correct form.
